Maker
- $19.99 per month
- $99.99 per year
- 40 Make Credits each week
Playing is free, and every household can create for free each week. Paid plans simply add more Make Credits.
Every household gets 9 free Make Credits a week, with no card needed. Playing public and starter games never uses credits.
A new game or a remix uses 3 Make Credits and each change uses 1. Repairs are free, and so is publishing a game, even when the household has no credits left. If a build fails, the credits it reserved are refunded.
Your household earns one free Make Credit when a signed-in child from another household actively plays one of your shared games for 30 seconds. Playing your own games does not count, each pair of households can earn one credit once, and a household can earn at most ten credits a week. Earned credits carry over and work without a paid plan. Earning depends on real play and is never guaranteed.
A plan covers every child in the household and refills its credits every week, whether you pay monthly or yearly. There is no trial. These prices are read live from Makie's plan catalogue.
A launch offer may lower the first month of Maker to $9.99 for a limited time after your household first sees it. After that month the regular price applies.
Households with an active Maker or Studio plan can add 10 credits for $15 whenever they need more. Top-up credits do not expire.
Creating uses the week's included credits first, earned credits second and purchased top-ups last.
On the web, prices are in US dollars in every country, and tax is added at checkout where required, so the total can differ by country. A purchase made through an app store is charged by that store in its own local currency, which can also differ by country. The first Maker or Studio subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel at any time from Makie settings and keep the plan until the paid period ends.
